Not as easy to connect as they claim We purchased this coffee brewer for our office. It took my handyman several trips to the store and calls to the manufacturer to finally figure out what was needed. In total it took two and a half hours to finally get the piece he needed. The back piece where the water connects is not standard. The picture in the operation instructions shows a flared connector. However, it was not. He had to get a special tubing, adapter and elbow in order to get it to work. We are now connected and waiting for…
