Huge LEAK on first use! Nice coffee STAINS ON CARPET! We got this for our team event. On its very first use, it started leaking profusely when the coffee was getting hot. It stained the carpet very nicely – not! So if you have light-colored carpet, beware of this West Bend coffee urn. Luckily one of the parents saw the leak and notified us before the whole pot (100 cups) would empty out on the floor. The see-through coffee gauge tube was not properly installed by West Bend and sprung a big leak at the base of the gauge tube – Look…
Good Quality Our Delonghi coffee urn began leaking at the spout after 3 years and there were no replacement parts available.
