Use bloom feature for best result When my old Black & Decker gave out after many years of service, I was looking for a step up in technology and the rotating water arms sounded like they might offer a real enhancement. The Vinci makes a good cup of coffee. I tried it several different ways and found that pushing the “bloom” button before pushing the “brew” button gives a richer cup. I love the coffee this machine makes! Long & very thorough review..please read! I noticed a minor clock delay issue with the brewer and reached out to the company to make them aware of the issue to an otherwise perfect machine. Unfortunately, I had to return the machine. They said they are working to fix the issue and there aren’t many left with the clock problem which is great. Great customer support.
