  1. Surprise! Surprise! The product is easy to use, well made and makes a great cup of Vietnamese coffee! The instructions makes it all work fantastically. So much I didn’t know about how to make coffe with this filter device. In the past and with less well made devices I only became frustrated and tossed the cheaper models. Here’s the important stuff: Don’t use fine ground coffee. Don’t screw the top filter down tight. Don’t use boiling hot water. DO wet the grounds for a moment before pouring in the full allotment…
