My Coffee maker Odyssey – eventually leading to a steaming mug of black gold….. I am a coffee snob, and generally hate the bland, lifeless coffee coming out of Kuerig cups. Great Machine, Great Customer Service It was a toss up between 4 and 5 stars, but the customer service pushed it over to 5. My first unit had a weird defect and I was upset that I’d have to return it to Amazon and find a different non-K brand brewer. But I figured I’d try to email the company through their website. I didn’t think I’d hear back but I did, and pretty quickly. They told me they’d send me a new unit immediately and pay to ship my unit back to them.
