  1. Defective, Fraudulent or Poor Quality Control UPDATE: I reviewed this coffee previously and gave it 5/5. I had a recent purchase that was less than stellar. I believe that I purchased some defective or fraudulent cups. These cups are labeled “THIS UNIT NOT LABELED FOR RETAIL SALE”. I have previously enjoyed this coffee, so I purchased a large quantity of the K-Cups expecting the quality that I have had in the past.   2. Quality decline We have a monthly subscription for 72 ct of these. We really like the coffee however the latest batch is bad. The majority of the kcups in each of the boxes are defective. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Not sure what is going on with Donut Shop quality control but you can tell by just looking at them which ones will explode in the Keurig leaving coffee grounds in my cup.   3. Pretty shameful. The cups came in a plain box…. Not the donut shop box. This was suspicious. So I checked and every cup was a few months past the ‘best used by’ date. Pretty shameful.
