The BEST paperless coffee dripper! I have the 4-cup version. I’ve tried similar stainless cone drippers: The Able cone let too many fines through, while the Grosche dripped too slowly and caused over-extraction. The Brewologist has two layers, a metal fabric-like mesh (like the Grosche but only one layer instead of two) on top of an Able-type “bunch of little holes” cone. This seems to be the perfect balance: good flow rate and no fine particles in the cup.
Great coffee! I purchased this as a gift from me to me for Christmas. I must say I am impressed. I used a drip coffee maker for many years and then an electric percolator for the last two.
