I love my loose leaf tea cup I absolutely love my new tea cup. I have taken it to work, fits great in my car’s cup holder. The strainer is much more effective than any silicone strainer I’ve used. Although I do find a tiny bit of sediment at the bottom of my cup, not loose leaf tea is let through. I absolutely love the look and functionality of this mug.
Great For Tea Enthusiasts Another reviewer mentioned this mug getting too hot to hold if microwaved, and I suppose he may be right. As a HUGE fan of loose-leaf tea, it is very rare for me to microwave water for my tea. I have a kettle I use to pour the hot water over the loose leaf tea in the strainer- it’s much easier to get an accurate temperature on the water this way.
