I tried 3 different types of coffee, but all came out inferior to the previous model (model #6515UC), which seems to have been discontinued. Frothing mil discs do not function It would only work on Cafe Americana and expresso, the new frothing milk discs latte or capuchino that are recently changed does not work on these older models. Mild disc get stuck or and or overspill everywhere. Called support whom they know there has been concern due to innumerable complaints but not able to fix it yet. Just gave me a case number and hung up. Not offer any solution . Too bad since the bigger milk discs were great. Why change a functional product to a nonfunctional option!?
Small, fast and quiet… I’ve had several Tassimo’s over the years and like all the others, this one makes a great cup of coffee. It’s fast and fairly quiet and I like the smaller size as it doesn’t take up much room. Make sure you have it close to a water source though as the reservoir is small and only holds about 3-4 cups, but that’s easy to get used to.
