Broke in March It worked great for about a month and I could not be more pleased. However, I noticed a couple of times that it was turned off and no coffee in my cup. Initially I thought that my special needs son turns the flashing button off. But on some occasions he was still asleep or already at school. Two months after the purchase I cannot just turn it on and expect a cup of hot coffee in a few minutes. I have to stand next to the machine pushing down on top and turning it on when it turns off by…
Piece of junk. It worked fine for about 2 weeks. Then the water would heat up but would not disperse the coffee. I ran white vinegar through it as was suggested. I then tried rinsing it with clean bottled drinking water three times as was suggested. On the second rinse it would not disperse it. I tried running white vinegar through it again but it would not disperse that! Very frustrated and disappointed, especially since I am retired and on a fixed income. I can’t afford to spend money on a piece of crap…
Flowed engineering Makes a great cup of coffee, but has engineering issues. Often throws grounds all over chamber. It’s good that the cup holding the k-cup comes out for cleaning, but still difficult to get all of the grounds and extra liquid out. Always need to leave lid raised to dry out interior. Needs to go back to the drawing board.
