Very happy with this machine, owned it 2 or 3 months. Only very minor gripes, but still better than Keurig brewers I’ve owned. Very happy with this machine. Have owned it 2 or 3 months now, use it several times a day. You CAN customize the 3 cup sizes to 3 different ranges (smaller, default (medium), and larger), the manual explains how. Default is the midrange (4oz, 6oz, 8oz), but you can set it to the smaller side or the larger side which I believe adds or subtracts 2 oz from each size (2oz/4oz/6oz; 4oz/6oz/8oz; 8oz/10oz/12oz).
