TWO different machines malfunctioned. Beware of this product. I am so disappointed in this machine. I bought one and after about 15 uses (making American coffee mostly) a message appeared that I needed to empty the drip tray and despite doing this correctly, the message wouldn’t disappear (so the machine obviously, could not be used). Fortunately I’d had it only about 15 days so I was able to exchange on Amazon. That exchange was easy and excellent – thanks Amazon!

Issues already! I like it in general. I’ve been using it for several weeks now. Couple negatives: Once (only once) the power seemed stuck on. I turned it off and on to fix it. The liquid flows all around the piece (not just in the two holes you expect). Soft buttons are not always the easiest to use. Moving up or down the menu is the most challenging (pressing a button multiple times). All said, I hope to use it for many years to come.
