Customer service and the machine BOTH deliver Received product. D.O.A. Excellent packaging. Device was wet from testing i guess. Filled the bean hopper and water tank and plugged in unit. The pump kicked in and flooded the counter and floor. Called Delonghi customer service and started a ticket. They did a video conference to see the device while it was failing. Haven’t heard back in a couple days. Still haven’t made a single cup of coffee with this device. Will update as new info is available.
Great deal for a refurbished super-automatic! Our trusty old super-automatic espresso machine broke down recently and our daily life went into disarray. The cost to repair would have been about as much as we paid for it, so we decided to look for another cost-effective alternative. Excellent machine, one minor annoyance Only issue I have is that the beans regularly get stuck in the hopper instead of sliding down to the grinder. I just use the plastic scoop to make sure they are going in correctly, and it’s fine. Without doing so, the grinder spins up without pulling in beans which results in watery coffee.I love everything else about this machine! Makes a truly excellent cup of coffee. Steams a mean pitcher of milk. Rinses and repeats as needed.
