The Proctor Silex Commercial 60 cup commercial coffee Urn features cup-a-minute brewing and maintains the proper serving temperature in order to serve fresh-tasting coffee to large groups and gatherings. Available in 40 cup, 60 cup, and 100 cup sizes, Proctor Silex Commercial coffee urns have a durable brushed aluminum finish and are commercially rated and NSF listed. Inside, a dual heater system is designed to create consistent brews. First the center heater brews coffee and shuts off, and then a gentle warming heater prevents overcooking. The boil-dry protection feature automatically turns the unit off when water in the tank has completely boiled away. Convenient one-hand dispensing fills cups fast, speeding up coffee service lines and the water/coffee window shows when the coffee level is low. The coffee level tube is easy to remove for cleaning, and the metal cover holds the coffee tube in place for easy viewing. The Urn includes a plastic filter basket, eliminating the need for paper coffee filters. The Urn features a twist-and-lock lid minimizing the chance for spillage, and the heavy-duty plastic handles provide convenient portability. The Proctor Silex Commercial 40 cup commercial coffee Urn carries a 1-year global care warranty, which warrants the product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the date of original purchase.

Disappointing Product worked fantastically for about 4 or 5 uses (used 1 day per week to make coffee for church). After that, the ready light stopped working, the pot continued to brew instead of going to warm after the coffee brewed, and the coffee burned. Had to unplug the pot off after the brewing cycle to keep it from burning, which of course resulted in cold coffee after awhile. Unfortunately I missed the return window. Very disappointed.
Nice Machine That Constantly Surprises Many! Bought this unit and it’s work very well, unfortunately too many people have been using it and haven’t been to kind to this coffee pot.I constantly have to clean it,because they neglect to really clean it and the ring on the stem is very tiny.So many users push it down when they reuse it again and again.I’m part of a 12 step group and to some it’s a no brainer to be more careful. Was told it doesn’t work no more, and having explain to others how to go about making coffee it definitely fell on…
the finish on the inside of the pot was not completed and it didn’t look like anything one would want to use Purchased to use for a Women’s meeting on Feb. 24th and was unable to use because when pot was opened, the finish on the inside of the pot was not completed and it didn’t look like anything one would want to use. We were inconvenienced and had to go to the store andpurchase another pot.
