- USE AND CARE: To use, boil filtered water in a separate vessel, then add fresh, medium to medium-fine ground coffee to the filter (2-3 tbs. per 6 oz. of water, or to desired taste). Level the surface of the coffee and make a small indention in the middle. Slowly pour hot water into the center indentation of coffee until all of the grounds are wet and let it rest for 30-45 seconds. Continue gently pouring hot water in a circular motion starting at the center and moving in and out. Keep the water flow as steady as possible to maintain a consistent volume throughout the process, making sure not to overfill the dripper. Allow about 2-3 minutes for this process to ensure optimal flavor. When the desired amount of coffee has brewed, stop pouring and let the remaining water drip though the filter. Dishwasher safe.

A quick cup of decent coffee Coffee has good flavor for a pour-through! Filter holds onto grounds so I use a paper filter. Glass on my first one broke with just a light touch against the enamel sink. Being more careful with new one!
