Not durable and doesn’t hold up, brews well though I own three of these. At this point two out of three are dead. They all fail the same way. Cracks form and they start leaking at the corner where the rubber is.They make great coffee, but they aren’t cheap enough to break this often, and they apparently aren’t expensive enough to last. Would pay double for something less fragile so I don’t have a mess on my counter.If you think of them as a consumable you can price it into your habit.

I live in Southern Arizona â So iced Coffee is a year round drink.Great Iced Coffee but if you like to drink 2 or 3 -12 ounce Coffees a day, than you really need to have two of these as it takes 24 Hours to brew and, naturally the Pitcher must be empty to do so. Great cold brewer! Great cold brewer! I used the coarse ground coffee I recommend “Stone Street Cold Brew”, that roast is fantastic. I love that the bottom of the filter comes apart to empty the grounds. I place 1 cup of ground coffee to 1.5 Quarts of water, wait 24 hours and “BLISS”. Try Silk Dark Chocolate Almond Milk with a splash of caramel syrup and cold brew…. awesome! I also love to make a frap with vanilla ice cream, almond milk, ice, and cold brew. Great treat for a warm day.
