Best cofee pot on the market. We have tried them all. WE have very hard water and usually go through coffee pots like Grant took Richmond, however this particular coffee pot has already lasted almost a year. We run vinegar through it occasionally and we can’t believe it. They have great customer service and we have a spare just in case, but they said if it ever breaks on us, to call them and they will trouble shoot it with us to get it working again and not to worry. Back to Basics! After many years of using automatic drip coffeemakers, I decided to return to the way coffee was made when I was growing up — an electric percolator!
