Good metal cone filter I thought the steel filter was going to be too solid, but honestly this is much better than the bodum I had, that one had mesh and started tearing then the glass had shattered on that one. The wood is a little clumsy, and I really loved the cork I had on my bodum, but the glass shape is too narrow to use my old cork… Regardless, this isn’t too bad. Don’t grind your beans too fine or water won’t pass through the filter.
