Great Product! I purchased this particular brand due to being much lower in price than Chemex, etc. Trying to get away from all the plastic that is inevitable when using a drip coffee brewer… This works just as well as higher-priced ones, brews great coffee, and doesn’t take long to get accustomed to using. After water boils, I let cool for 2 minutes, then slowly pour over the grounds until filter is full (don’t fill filter more than 50% with grounds). Nice Set up I’ve been interested in pour over type coffee for a while now. I’ve been looking at the Chemex and the V60 Hario I think. This one is less expensive and appears to do the same thing. It does make outstanding coffee. Takes a little getting used to and your supposed to be consistent with the amount of coffee and water you use, even how you pour.
