Failed to ever heat water or brew coffee – OXO customer support said to send back I ordered this item several days ago on Feb 17th and it was Sold by Peppercorn and Fulfilled by Amazon. I opened it today Feb 22, 2017 and followed all the installation and calibration instructions, filled with water for first rinsing run, and it failed to heat water or make coffee. Called customer support and the carefully went through the same calibration cycle, decreasing coffee brewing temp to 210F from 212F and said it was malfunctioning and there was nothing they could do and I had to…

Great Coffee, Nice Design This is a great coffee maker, especially paired with the grinder. I guess I was used to “eyeballing” things for amounts, but this has trained me to be more scientific in my approach, and the coffee is definitely better because of it. I did have to train myself to be more deliberate since it works best when the weights/amounts all match. I do recommend getting the OXO grinder, since the way things are measured matches and makes the process simple.
