The double filter is laser-cut with an additional mesh filter inside. Unlike paper filters which are a waste of money and rob you of the essential oils naturally found in coffee, this filter will provide a clear rich tasting balanced coffee.
Carafe
The carafe is made from borosilicate glass, which is resistant to thermal shock, it also does not absorb any odors, chemicals or residue. Giving you a fresh tasting coffee every time you brew. There are 4 markings, at 2 cups (9 oz) 3 cups (13.5 oz) 4 cups (18 oz) and 5 cups (22.5 oz) The carafe has a 27 oz capacity.

Points for an Elegant Design Would be so much happier if the bare glass carafe didn’t slide and scoot around so easily on the bare metal insert in the wooden base. The device does have a very simple and elegant design, which is greatly appreciated. The design of the base, however, with the perforated metal insert in place, contributes to slipping and sliding of the carafe. Lovely pour-over pot It’s really a very nice looking pour over pot. The wood base and the gold tone trim look sharp, and the filter performs well. If you’ve had any experience with pour over coffee you’ll be happy with the results this pot will give you. If you’re new to pour overs, this pot is a fine way to get started.
