  2. The little roaster that could… Just finished my 12th roast. Does an outstanding job roasting. Beans are very consistent. I’ve done American Roast to Spanish – this can do it all. I usually preheat it to 350 (check with laser thermo) then thrown in 1/2 cup beans and circle swirrel for 8 – 11 min depending on desired roast level.
