It works as advertised, but… I ordered this expecting something different than what was advertised. It does do the job, but you can do the same thing with a whip cream dispenser and NO2 cartridges. Pretty disappointed with the product.
This is not a cream whipper, understand N2 and N20 first I saw this at my local coffee shop in Seattle and researched the whole nitro thing, which was intriguing.Firstly, there needs to be some clarity. N2 is not the same as N20, Pure Nitrogen (N2) is what makes this infusion method interesting. That’s NOT what a cream whipper does, a cream whipper uses a different Nitro Gas (N20). I make coffee using both and see the image to look at the visual difference, I mean its pretty obvious which coffee is worth drinking.Ok so…
Worth every penny I could tell as soon as I saw the packaging that I was going to love this NitroPress. Upon opening the box, I knew this was a serious piece of equipment. Not only is it gorgeous, it is solid. I have 2 whipped cream dispensers and neither of them can even compare to the NitroPress.The nitro coffee that this puts out is nothing short of amazing.
