I want to love this! This seemed like a great product! I wish I could say it was better than it is. After having it approximately a month, the “clean” light came on. I cleaned it 3X, and the light is still on. I purchased one as a gift for a friend as well, and she too is having trouble with it doing the same. You can’t get the light to go off, no matter how many times you try to clean it, or what you do. I have a water softener hooked up to my house, so I know it isn’t getting near the mineral…

Do not purchase, unsafe to drink. A very long story short: after two defective and unsafe products, multiple cleanings, clean cycles (including several cycles with tap water and several with purified water), discussions with Ninja customer service over the phone and on Facebook, I requested a full refund and have informed many friends to not purchase this product.
