Used as directed…Warms beverages perfectly! I took into consideration 2 specific reviews. 1.) The person who intentionally left their warmer on overnight, unattended with the end result of the warmer melting and burning into their counter (duh!) and 2.) Another who suggested using a silicone beverage cover to retain heat.
