Not happy. Product started leaking after one use.Updated 12/21/15Returned defective product in exchange for new one. The new one works alright. Even this one leaks on occasion but not nearly as bad as the first one. I raised my rating 2 stars because it’s not completely useless, but I do wish I went with a different product.
Good until its not. I am a huge fan of ice coffee and therefore I spend a ridiculous amount of money buying ice coffees from places like Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. I decided it’s time to start making my own ice coffee so I ordered the Mr. Coffee Ice Coffee maker. Seems like a pretty good idea. It is easy to set up and it makes great coffee. The only downside is that when it makes your delicious coffee it also makes a huge mess all over your counter top. I am not sure what to do to prevent it from leaking…
This makes coffee like Starbucks (hot brew then they cool it down) Doesn’t really make iced coffee, but it’s a decent product if you don’t mind how this is made. I’ve moved on to cold brew method. This makes coffee like Starbucks (hot brew then they cool it down). Cold brewed coffee is much less acidic than hot brewed coffee and has a smoother taste.
