  1. Just right for two people, two cups I have owned this model for over two years. It’s a 20 dollar coffee maker and I didn’t expect it to last and perform well this BUT IT HAS. If you make the full pot you do have a bit of a messy brew basket area because it does pump the heated water over the grounds. It does splash abount in there a bit but not so much as to spatter between the lid and the top of the brew basket. I usually don’t use more than a 2 coffee scoops and it funchtions fine. Flimsy but seems to work I got this to replace a 4 cup Mr. Coffee coffeemaker I got decades ago…that one still works but had gotten too hard to clean properly inside and it was looking pretty beaten up from years of use. This one is made of much thinner, flimsier plastic, and the top is surprisingly hard to get open, plus it’s a little awkward getting the coffeepot on and off the base.   3. Makes coffee and a bit of aggravation OK but definitely has a few design problems. The loop that elevates the drip bar when you open the lid pulled the assembly loose when the lid snagged the underside of a cabinet. Pain in the butt to reseat the tube in the bottom of the tank and get the swivel to snap in place. Took the loop out of the top because it’s not really a necessary thing.
