Filters for smaller coffee makers work well It’s hard to get excited over coffee filters. These are the smaller ones, I use them in my 4-cup Mr. Coffee (that’s probably trademarked) coffee maker and they work fine. Much better than the paper towels I had to use when I ran out.Quality seems to be good. I would recommend them to anyone with a smaller coffee maker.
You’re better off buying regular size ones for a dollar next … I bought these filters for a small 5 cup coffee maker. The description said they were for 4-6 cup machines. It is necessary to put extra folds in the filter to make it fit the basket. I just read the small print on the bottom of the package and it says fits 8-12 cup coffee makers. This is blatant false advertising. You’re better off buying regular size ones for a dollar next time you go to the 99cent store.
Expensive and flimsy First of all, go to the grocery store. You can find a very similar product for a fraction of the price. Not only are they too expensive, but they do not stay standing up straight and often let coffee grounds spill over the side into the pot. I spent so much more time messing with these filters before I ran out and I moved on to meijer brand filters, which hold their shape much better and were like $1.50
