Mine was dead on arrival. Coffee maker was prepper per the sketchy instructions. The first cup, grounds and water squirted out in the seams around the drawer where the k-cup was. After that first attempt, the two buttons would light up but for all other purposes, the machine was dead. I returned it. The user documentation was a joke.
