This lightweight immersion heater is perfect for heating water on the road, whether that’s for coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or even soups. You won’t have to waste money on an overpriced cappuccino, spend sightseeing time searching for a coffee shop, or worry whether your next hotel will have a water heater.
It works on trains, planes, hotels, or anywhere with an electrical outlet, and you can use it with two different Alternating Current (AC) systems, including 120V, which is more common in North America, and 240V, which is more common in Europe and other parts of the world. It also includes a European adapter plug so you don’t have to purchase that separately.
It’s sleek, portable, and easily fits inside the included pouch. The durable burn guard ensures that the coils don’t touch the sides of your mug or cup. You can even use it in the office or at home.
Please note that you should first fill up your container with water, then put the immersion heater in the water, and lastly turn the immersion heater on. After the water is hot, unplug the heater and wait thirty seconds before removing it from the water.
Now you don’t have to order room service or bring a bulky pot, tea kettle, or water heater when you’re traveling if you want a hot cup of tea or coffee. Easily warm liquids with this portable immersion heater and get your day started off right.

Knowledge is power….know how the product works before laying down your cash for it. It is helpful to know a little about how a product like this works so you can avoid misuse and the associated frustration. The company I work for makes residental water heater elements. I have sat through countless meetings with engineers about how electric elements work…so I have a little more knowledge of submersible elements. This item is designed in an identical way to a home electric water heater element. Electricity flows through a copper core in the center of the element producing…
Decent, but be aware, size does matter… Mug size that is… The product is OK. It does, what it supposed to do. Heats up water, it is light and you can easily travel with it.HOWEVER, size does matter. If you use a small cup (preferably metal) you will get faster and better results, but still be over 10 minutes to get water. Just take this into…
Useful if simpleminded gadget Works as promised – not an outstanding product per se, but its not supposed to be, hence 5 stars too much, 3 would not be exactly fair as no complaints, I got what I ordered. Its a very simple device, so its production cost probably around $2 or so. Its small and compact, so good for travel. Comes with European plug converter and travel pouch, which is good. It would not fit very well if trying to boil anything larger than a cup of water (or whatever other liquid) which is fine for the purpose…
