A GOOD COFFEE MAKER A GOOD COFFEE MAKER. CAN’T SAY AS MUCH FOR THE COFFEE POT. WHEN YOU POURED THE COFFEE THE POT LEAKED AROUND THE TOP (WHERE PLASTIC TOP MOUNTED TO THE METAL). IT WAS NOT LEVEL, SO I TRIED PUSHING IT DOWN, HELPED SOME. I THEN TRIED GLUE AROUND IT, HELPED SOME, STILL LEAKED. THEN I TRIED TAPE AROUND IT, STILL LEAKS! THE COMPANY SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE IT. SHOULD HAVE IT IN A WEEK OR SO. HOPE IT WORKS AS IT SHOULD. UPDATE: CUSTOMER SERVICE SENT ME A NEW POT. IT WORKS GREAT (NO LEAKS)…
One very bad “feature” that the other 2 had After my old reliable for 20 years coffee maker finally gave up, I’ve gone through 3 coffee makers, the first 2 of which are junk. This is the third one, and it is a keeper! Simple to use. One very bad “feature” that the other 2 had, is that the last cup had a burned flavor. Not this Krups! “Good To The Last Drop” applies here!
