Makes great coffee This coffee maker makes great, hot coffee. It just brews it up right with no fuss. I have paired mine with a #4 Swiss Gold permanent filter and absolutely love it. This coffee maker does nothing but make good coffee. It doesn’t tell time, it doesn’t have any automatic functions, it doesn’t have alternate settings – you just push the brew button and it brews great coffee every time.
3 year review I was given this coffee maker for Christmas 3 years ago. So far it has been okay. It continues to be nice looking, Rust has been a minor issue on the top if any water is left on it after being wiped. I have found tiny spots of rust the following day. I have handled it by applying a stainless steel cleaner to it and wiping it dry after a cleaning. My biggest issue has been that the coffee is not hot enough and cools quickly, which is odd to me since the carafe appears to be air tight. It…
