Excellent frothing, excellent customization, but unit appears refurbished rather than new The milk frothing function is excellent and so very easy. It creates a very nice microfoam with an excellent consistency, and it truly cleans up the milk after frothing–no extra work on your part beyond pouring the milk into your cup. To me, this is the feature that sells this piece and was the deciding factor when I was comparing this model to others (e.g., Jura). I have not been disappointed. And it also seems to make good coffee 🙂Â
A SUPER Superautomatic We have had a Silvia and Rocky for many years and had gotten tired of the “grind”, pun intended 🙂 So this Christmas, after spotting a video of the EA9010 on YouTube, we asked Santa for one and he obliged!Â
We couldn’t be more happy. The main reason I got this model for … I got this for my wife as a birthday present. She makes her latte in the morning before going to work instead of stopping by Peet’s or Starbucks. We couldn’t be more happy. The main reason I got this model for her is that it’s self-cleaning. I don’t know any other machine that auto-cleans the milk frother. You put in the amount of milk first in the cup and the frother then comes down into the cup to steam/froth and then it self cleans immediately afterwards.Â
