Wrong item is pictured Just an FYI, the pods pictured are not the ones you receive. Instead of receiving ‘medium/classic roast’ I received light/smooth roast’. So the printed description is correct and the item pictured is not. I wondered which I would receive, before placing my order but decided either flavor will be okay. But they do need to correct this confusing issue for those that might prefer a bolder flavor.
Ordered medium classic received smooth light As you can see in the order screen, You have a choice of classic medium or smooth light. I chose the classic medium roast. But I received the smooth light roast. I was afraid this would happen. I have found the classic medium roast at Food Lion and at $.50 a K cup I bought some. I would like to get the classic medium but I donât want the light roast itâs not strong enough. Company says smooth is classic renamed but thatâs not true.
Damaged coffee boxes This is the brand of coffee I order each month. My complaint/concern is with the condition the boxes the coffee came in. The shipping box was just fine, but the individual coffee boxes were crushed. This leads me to believe the person processing the order knew these boxes were damaged when they put them in the shipping box. Luckily of the pods that were crushed/creased, they were not broken and I could still use them. I can send pictures if you would like.
