You Can’t Go Wrong! The starter replacement kit arrived as promised. Followed the directions on preparing the charcoal filter as well as installing the holder. Everything fit and worked like a and I’m happy to report I’m enjoying the best coffee, tea, and hot chocolate! Family is happy – I’m happy. HIGHLY recommended for hard water!!!!!! Works great for hard water!! We recently moved to a location with VERY hard water, just a week after descaling our Keurig, it would start the popping sound from the machine indicating it was trying to break down the large calcium deposits that were forming.
