One Stars Love this. A smooth latte. Update my machine suddenly stopped working properly. Now it brews a very small amount then startd blinking in a clock wise order. I have to unplug it to get it to brew again. Even then it does the same thing over and over. Thank goodness we bought the square protection. However they never emailed us the policy. Do now we dont know whats going to happen. Wirked good for 2 months
Frustrating and Disappointing In fairness, when it makes something, that something is decent. The water carafe is also undifficult to refill.Enough with the praise. I use this thing because I paid for it and, until I feel I’ve gotten $130 worth of coffee out of it I won’t take my sledgehammer to it, but its days are numbered. It has two serious problems:1) the frothing cup must be securely in place even if you’re not using it to froth anything.2) it takes divine action to get the frothing cup…
