I’m quite pleased with how it is working I’ve had this coffee maker for almost 3 weeks now. I’m quite pleased with how it is working. I’ve been using the “My K-cup” feature to brew 12 oz. mugs of coffee…and the strength is acceptable (filling the My K-cup to the “max” line with fine ground coffee). The coffee is satisfyingly hot. I like the hot water on demand feature…you can get 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 oz of hot water quickly and easily. The large water reservoir is handy since we have 3 coffee drinkers in the family…
Dreaded “too much water pressure – needel clog” error. We purchased two of these from Sam’s club. Both had to be taken back because they constantly stopped brewing and giving us the dreaded “water pressure error, needle needs cleaning” error message. Despite trying to clean the needle with the supplied “cleaning device” we still got the same error message.
