Was professionally installed using a kit PURCHASED SEPARATELY that included a FILTER as recommended by Keurig Purchased this for PERSONAL home use to have my Keurig plumbed directly to water during a kitchen remodel.   2. Nice Machine – Messy So far so good. To add to the other reviewers, machine works well and the direct plumbing has eliminated the need to fill the machine. The only issue I have is that the cup holder tray is very far from where the coffee is dispensed. This results in a lot of splashing which makes a mess. The commercial machines at my office have an adjustable tray so that when you are not using “travel mugs” you don’t get the splashing.   3. Not happy with the unit I bought one commercial unit before for personal use which lasted about 3 years. This one lasted 5 months and i only use it about twice a week but no one stands behind replacing it. I had is installed in my cabinet of a newly remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and it leaked through the cabinets.
