Love the idea of this machine Love the idea of this machine. However, no matter what you do you will never get a 14 oz drink from this maker. At most it will only fill about half of the cup. To get more coffee you will need to #1) have an empty cup standing by; #2) make your coffee in the cup you want to drink from using the 14 oz size; #3) open the top kcup container and (leaving the one you just used in place) put the lid down again; #4) move the cup indicator to 6 oz. and press start; #5) watch the filling process…

this is the same reason that original coffee maker was rendered useless after some four years Replaced same model that lasted four years previous. Replacement coffee maker didn’t last one month without problems from day one…water pump problems (would not pump water to make cup of coffee) and very slow drip when it first did work. This coffee maker is advertised as a commercial machine…this is a joke!!! Amazingly, this is the same reason that original coffee maker was rendered useless after some four years. Apparently low or nonexistent quality control at manufacturing facility.
