This one is a newer model so it’s slightly different. Shipping was very quick, the product arrived earlier than expected, so I was very happy. After reading the instructions I brewed the first cup to clean out the the machine. Love it! First time I used this it wouldn’t dispense water. I was frustrated in thinking it was defective. I fiddled with it for a bit and now works great. As the only coffee drinker in the house it just makes sense. I love the ease, no mess, and having a consistently delicious cup of coffee every morning. It comes out hot and by the time I add a little cream it is the perfect temperature for sipping.
