Great machine!! Perfect for busy mornings!! If your milk wonât foam itâs the milkâs fault!! I had two gallons in a row that wouldnât. I changed to milk in an opaque container, and itâs fabulous!! Some dairies have the wrong glucose/protein balance and it just wonât work. So sad. But fabulous machine!!
I’m on the second machine and yet the milk foam doesn’t work! I bought the first coffee maker in June. It worked perfectly for three or four times. Then it simply stopped producing the milk froth! I contacted Amazon, which replaced my coffee maker. However, the new coffee maker simply does not produce milk froth! I am disappointed! I do not intend to buy new products of this brand again.
