STOP ! Do Not Buy This Product……. I did not buy this from Amazon as I am a Keurig Club member and got it for a little less expensive but let me tell you, it is worthless as others have stated on here. I used it as directed after much frustration I was ready to throw out my $300 Keurig brewer because it just refused to descale using this. In fact, I went through 2 bottles spending around $40 !Then someone told me to try white wine vinegar, full strength with a triple rinse after. I was skeptical but I did it and…
Work, but SOAK & RINSE them well! Just make sure you follow the instructions and SOAK them, rinse them and re-rinse before using them. After doing this, and looking at the water in the mug, I was SO glad I didn’t just pop them in! See pictures.I hope this is Helpful to others who have bought, or will buy, these. They work, just rinse them first! (I soaked them for at least 10 minutes, then rinsed a few times until the water was clear).
TOO MUCH MONEY !!! It’s not Amazons fault. Directions say to use the entire bottle for one descaling. $13 for one descaling. The solution is water and Citric acid which is available anywhere for about $4.00 a pound. 1 tablespoon plus 8 oz of water will do the same thing.
