Excellent unit. Our last one (not the commercial version) … Excellent unit. Our last one (not the commercial version) would have problems brewing, even after multiple thorough cleanings and even after replacing the pump. So I figured I would try the commercial unit based on reviews from others. Definitely a better built product, and it has a stronger pump. Yes, some k-cups still brew slow, but that seems to be more of an issue with the k-cup itself (some are packed tight with coffee whereas others are only half full it seems), and not the brewer…
Well built and affordable!! Very happy! Very nice and professional looking. Heavy-duty and easy to use. Our house and office still had one of the original machines and it finally died. I like this one better though. I wasn’t sure about the know for switching between cup sizes but it’s nice. If you’re wondering what the weird little knob/fin looking thing is on the top back, it’s a drainage option. For if you ever need to store or move it. Probably will never use it, but that’s what it is. You can basically drain the internal tank…
Noisy, but worth the roar! Just replaced my three-year-old Keurig that was slowing down & just not getting the job done. I love this new, more powerful “PRO” version! As for the roar of the motor– it IS significantly louder than my old brewer, but only lasts about 5 seconds (if that) so I am willing to put up with it since I believe the increased noise it likely due to the fact it is a more powerful motor. Water also gets much hotter than my old machine.I would definitely recommend!
