Makes great coffee with little effort I’ve used several at-home coffee brew methods (press, V60, Chemex) which have all been able to make great cups. But none of them have been able to do it as consistently and easily as the Kalita Wave. It is the most forgiving method I’ve tried. If your grind isn’t right, your coffee isn’t fresh, or your timing/technique is off, the Kalita seems to come through every time regardless. Very easy to use.. Very easy to use!! I get my water to 201f.. Pour a little and let it bloom.. Then counter clock wise with a gooseneck kettle… Simple pleasures..
