Awesome Machine I have had this now for a little over 2 weeks and I just love this machine. I purchased the mug warmer as well and between the that and the heat of coffee, it is great. Have a small part this last weekend and everyone wanted a different drink. No problem with this machine, one after the other and no recover time either. some people have complained about the heat and not being hot enough. I think this new machine has solved that issue and with the cup warmer, you get a perfect amount of hotness
