Great machine potential, but making it work never materialized. I always wanted this kind of machine, but this machine never got out of the box- poorly packed and needed to be shipped back
Does not work with ground coffee when it is supposed to Every time we use ground coffee it doesnât work, very disappointed in this coffee make that cost 1700.00. Should work with beans and ground coffee, husband ready to throw it in the trash
