Excellent machine, but shipped very poorly compared to other retailers of same item For moderate-traffic office use or for a kitchen where it gets very heavy use (like ours) this is an excellent machine – very good (programmable strength) coffee/espresso, good quality (warm) foam, no-(or little)-nonsense cleaning and maintenance (short of breaking it down to tighten the hoses and their joints which is where this machine breaks down).What fell far short was the way this was shipped compared to other retailers.
