Easy to use Easy to use. I needed to descale because I wanted to do a thorough cleaning after purchasing my unit. According to what a rep from Jura told me, if I use the water filters continually, I will not need to descale. The descaling process was quite easy on the Jura. Note- if you are purchasing the 9 pack of tablets, this is only good for 3 descales, as you will need to use 3 tablets for each descale.
