Taints coffee bitter Opened this staple of our home 2 weeks ago. Taints coffee bitter; used 2 bags coffee to find Jura the problem. Canister has English relabeled over Russian. Product is bad. Requested money back. Amazon (we have Prime) is reversing charge. Great relief since return window expired in prior month.
You Have to Maintain Your Expensive Coffee Machine These tablets are expensive compared to the off-brands but I didn’t buy an off-brand coffee machine and I prize great coffee in many versions, with and without milk/foamed milk/etc. So, rather than save money, I go for quality…. I have been using these tablets for 15+ years and rely on them, along with keeping the machine clean, inside and out, and I am very happy with the coffee and machine performance. I recommend this product for all Jura coffee machines!
Expensive but its now improved I can not compare this to the cheaper option as I always bought this for my Jura. I feel it would be worth the high $ for the expensive machine. The best thing is that they have improved it so that there is no residue left now.
