So far so good! I bought this for my husband 1 month ago. We use it several times a day and it works great! Makes excellent espresso. Our last machine (Gaggia Platinum) lasted about 1 year and made good (not great) espresso. So far it seems to handle oily beans much better than our last machine. We’ll see how it goes…
Jura Automatic Coffee Machines Make great coffee and make coffee great! This is my third Jura automatic coffee machine. I have loved them all. The model D6 is an excellent machine and very easy to familiarize one to the basic setup and using the system menu.
Beans won’t automatically feed to grinder. I owned an ENA 4 for ten plus years when I decided to get a new D6. The D6 works as well as the ENA in every way except one. The coffee beans do not feed into the grinder consistantly. The D6 bean tray is shallow and wide rather than deep. The weight of beans above is not enough to press lower beans into the grinder. The beans have to be manually pushed down every two to three cups brewed.
